Yes. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.Sample shipping will be paid by client or use their own express account.

2: How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes about 1-2 days. If custom your own designs, it takes about 3-5 days.

3: How long is production lead time?
It takes about 7-30 days depends on quantity.

4: How to deliver?
Small orders sent by express such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc. Large orders sent via sea or air.

5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
AI. / CDR. / PDF. Is the best.. All need in editable vector diagram format.If you don't have it, please send high definition jpg.file.

We mix colors based on Pantone C chart and U chart. Give us the pantone number, we'll mix as it.If not strictly requested, we can offer normal colors, such as Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Orane, Pink, Purple etc.
